The $2.65 million sale of a historic Victorian located just steps from Phillips Exeter Academy has marked the highest recorded residential home sale in town.
A piece of the former Lamprey homestead, a precious slice of North Hampton’s history along Atlantic Avenue, was recently sold to a couple who have treasured the land and area for decades.
